Partition Logic is a free hard disk partitioning and data
management tool. It can create, delete, format, and move
partitions and modify their attributes. It can copy entire hard
disks from one to another.

Partition Logic is free software, based on the Visopsys operating
system. It can boot from a CD-ROM or floppy disk and runs as a
standalone system, independent of your regular operating system.
It is intended to become a free replacement for such programs as
Partition Magic, Drive Image, and Norton Ghost.

Note that it doesn't yet format filesystems other that FAT, and it
won't resize any filesystems. But there are other tools for those
jobs. I haven't given this app a try yet, since I don't have any
drives I can afford to test on right now.
