I've got the Microsoft Connect folks working on it. I see the link to the
benefits,but clicking it just displays the MS Connect registration page.
They tell me it's a tech issue on their end, as I'm registered for several
other things.
 
OK, if you don´t get it work, as long as you are a MSDN registered
subscriber maybe someone from MS or from us (MVPs) can send you a copy by
e-mail or FTP.

Thanks, Carlos. The MS Connect guys sorted out my three ID's and I now have
