I sometimes get emails etc with 'Smileys' jumping around. How do I put an
anmimated smiley into my own emails ?

Find an animated GIF, insert it into your email.

Hi "KK",

When you see a Smiley which you'd like to use, save it.
To use it in your E-Mail, use the mouse to click on the place in your
message where you wish the Smiley to appear. Click INSERT, choose PICTURE
then browse to where you saved the Smiley. Click on the Smiley | OPEN | OK.
That's it!

and follow the instructions "How To Use Smileys in Outlook Express".
