Animated GIF Desktop Background

I remember when I had Windows XP Pro, I was able to set my Animated GIFs as
Desktop Bacgrounds. I tryed the same thing in Windows Vista, but the GIF does
not move. Is there some possible way to enable this feature or something like
that?
