If the pages have been published and everything is working then why not just
ignore what the blue arrows say?
 
Go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and download FP Cleaner ( with Expression Web Designer and
SharePoint Designer support )
Download links are at the bottom of the page.
Run the functions that clear:
The Hidden Temporary files.
The Hidden Cache (*.web) files.

Then open the remote site and recalculate hyperlinks.
close the remote, open the local and recalculate hyperlinks.

See if it helps.

It is working like it's supposed to. You were able to publish your site
right?
 
If it's working right why do I have the blue arrows showing the file
still needs to be published?
