Anchoring text boxes

Is it possible to keep the text in place when the browser
is made smaller? I refuse to believe it can't be done.
Thanks in advance.
 
Yes, it can be done, just don't use Absolute Positioning, use tables to
structure your page layout and you text/image will stay where you place them
in your table/cells.
