Analyzing text data?

Could Excel be used to help organize a small to medium amount of mainl
text data? That is, if you wanted to use Excel to chart answers t
survey questions; specifically, about 30 questions asked of 20
respondents. Most of the answers would be text based. Any ideas
 
You need to be more specific about what you mean by "organize ... text
data". COUNTIF() could be used to summarize true/false or multiple
choice data. Excel could sort text. There are probably other analyses
that could be done in Excel as well. What are you looking for?
