Analyze with Excel - Office 2007

Just been given Office 2007. Not Happy... Everytime I "Analyze with Excel"
my query data I get this dialog box asking me for a file type and I have to
check a couple of boxes to proceed.

I just want to open my data in a workbook. How do I disable this other
step, and just get on with my work.....

Totally frustrated.....
 
Maybe a lazy way but why not just 'drag' your query from the navigationpane
to excel? No dialogs whatsoever ;-)
