As i can't share my internet connection on my home network (My ISP is AOL), I
downloaded the above software.

Can anyone advise me on what I should set my IP addresses to? I'm on an
adhoc network (peer-to-peer)

Excuse my dumbness on the subject. I have a Local Area Connection and a
Wireless Connection on host pc (IPs for both?) and a Wireless Connection on
my Vista laptop.

I've been trying to share the internet connection for over 2 weeks now with
no success.

Please help

You'll have to be a bit more descriptive. As I recall, in an earlier
post, you were attempting to use ICS but could not because the AOL
WAN-miniport assigns the same IP address to the primary Internet
connection that ICS wants to use as the IP address of the local adapter
(i.e., 192.168.0.1)

I assume that you have connected your host pc to either a DSL or Cable
modem using an Ethernet cable. In this case, the AOL software will set
the IP address for your Local Area Connection to 192.168.0.1 (that's
what prevented you from using ICS in the first place).

What is AnalogX, and how is it supposed to help your situation? Is it a
substitute for Windows ICS? If so, the IP address for the wifi adapter
on your host PC presumably will be set by AnalogX, which may or may not
also set the IP address on your Vista laptop. Perhaps you should ask
AnalogX tech support.

AOL does not support ICS - you can have several accounts but only one can
be online at a time.
