Analog video capture

Can anyone reccommend a good device for capturing analog
video for around 100.00? I want to convert it to digital
so that I can use some of the editing software I have to
create custom slideshow/movie combos.

www.pinnaclesys.com look at there range of studio, there is studio-av I
think!!????
www.canopus.com do some pci cards with analogue in, good quality!!
