An unknown error has occurred

Delete file full; I expect an answer when I click get help to tell me how to
fix it not the same questions I have from 2007.

Why wont the delete file empty?\


Just fix it
 
It would be helpful if you explained your issues in a more descriptive and
understandable fashion.
