Does anyone know how to fix the problem with emails becoming stuck and unable
to be deleted, in the Outbox?

I tried SC's wmutil151[1] download and still ....... not working.

It's obvious from the message board that this is a recurring issue. Any
suggestions on how to fix it once and for all?

Help.

Such problems are often caused by interference from an antivirus
program. What if any antivirus programs do you have, and have you
ever had a Norton or McAfee antivirus program on that computer,
even a trial version?

With some antivirus programs, the kb941090 hotfix is only a
temporary solution.
