An Object Could Not be found

To whom it may concern,

I have formatted my harddrive and re install all programs including
microsoft office. I succesfully set up my email accounts, and test them. But
As long as I click to send and receive button, a message "An Object Could Not
be found" appears. I am using outlook express and everything is working fine.
I want to use microsoft outlook as a default email client but because of this
An Object Could Not be found error I can not use it.

Could you be kind enough to share your solutions regarding to the problem
that I have mentioned.
