An error message...

I've had an error happen twice now that restarts my computer abruptly.
This is what the error tells me...

Anyone know what could be causing this?

Not a clue.. Because that is not the error - that is telling you it is
dumping the error to those files.

Look in your event log for the real trouble and then post that back here.

You need a Dump Check Utility.

I downloaded the Utility but when I input the commands and ran it, it
couldn't find the dmp or xml file. I looked in the folder and they are
nowhere to be found. I haven't run disk cleanup, defragment or any
other program that would clean the temp folder, so is it possible that
the files are hidden? Where could they be?
