An error has occurred Could not add sender to contacts

When I try to add a sender to contact list, I get the message - Could not add
sender to contacts (Vista).

It sometimes helps to start Windows Mail, then ckick on Tools, then Windows
Contacts, this right click in the empty space on the right side of this new
window,
then click on Customize This Folder, then the triangle, then Contacts, then
Apply,
then OK, then the X at the top right of the Contacts window, then restart
Windows Mail.
