An annoying mouse and taskbar issue.....

Hi,

I am having an issue with the Windows Vista taskbar. When ever I left click
on one of the windows on the taskbar, the mouse pointer automatically goes to
the top left hand corner of the screen. It is really annoying. Has anyone
else seen this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
