Ampersand on a button

Hi,
This is probably a simple question, how do i show a buton with the text
"Tests & Config"? If I just use the text as is I get an access key created
and end up with the text "Tests _ Config" on the button. I've tried escape
sequences etc, but to no avail. Does anyone know how to fix this?
