Ammortization Schedule

Hi!

I want to calcuate the yearly ammoritzation loan that has already been in
place for 5 years and expect to last for another 5. So I want to create a
annual ammortization schedule that will calculate the ammortization amounts
for the next 5 years.

look up these 2 formulas in xl help.
=CUMPRINC()
=CUMIPMT()
one minus the other = intrest.
