ami pro to word conversion

I need a way to convert my ami pro docs to microsoft word
i understand there was a pack to downlod from microsoft
(micr. word coverter pack) but its "not avialable for
download anymore" any help would be apreciated

Hi,
We went through this excerise a year or two back, and the
only way that we could do it was individually. By that I
mean going into each ami pro document and doing a 'save
as' then on the type of the save, selecting the option
for MS word.
This was one heck of a pain in the backside for us, but
as far as i could see then, it was the only way.

There are ways of doing this. I don't have a macro at the moment ready
to show you, but it would involve a mass macro that opens each ami pro
document in a certain folder, then closes it and changes its extension,
then opens it and converts it to Word file format, then saves it, then
goes on to the next document until they're all converted.
