AMD have launched a massive Antitrust lawsuit against Intel in response to alleged penalisation of companies that support AMD CPUs. OEM's such as Dell and Toshiba have been cited to have been paid from Intel to use only their CPUs (when have you seen an AMD based Dell?).

The full lawsuit is outlined in this PDF file, and no doubt the best is yet to come...
