AM I USE FONT COLOUR IN IF FUNCTION IN EXCEL

Hi

use format / conditional formatting instead - basically select the cell that
you want to apply the colour to, choose format / conditional formatting,
choose the comparison operator, type in the value to compare to and click on
the format button to choose the formatting you want.

you have up to three formats per cell (range). It is possible to get more
if you need them using a variety of methods.

You can't. In your formula you include whatever logic was used to apply the
color or font color in the first place.
