always keep entire Excel doc on top

Hi. How can I always keep my Excel document on top of other applications and
websites? Thanks.
 
Nothing build into excel to allow this.

But if you search the interweb (www.shareware.com) for "always on top", you'll
find that there are programs that will do this for you.
