Always ask to save changes..

Hi All
i have this problem with my Word 2002. Here is the scenario
I open a new file, type in few letters, save and exit
after that i open the file and not making any changes but when i close the file Word asks me to save changes even though nothing had been changed
by the way, this happends with all the files i have on my computer
i tried to fix and repair word, without success
one strange thing, when i start word with the option "/a" and then open and close a file the problem don't presiste..

if anyone has an idea about this please contact me..
