Always an error being logged by hotfix if installed by Windows Upd

I always get this error or similar in hotfix logs:

Update.exe extended error code = 0xf201

But, despite the above, Windows Update isn't asking for the same updates
over and over again.

Also, despite the above, qfecheck don't find any problems.

Is qfecheck correct about the hotfixes being installed properly?
