Alternating Row Color on a continous form

Ok,

I am new to Access. Help! I have a gun to my head. Darn, it is cold and
rather hard. :)

I am attemping to alternate the row colors on a continous form. I found a
posting by Hr. Lebans, but I can't figure out what do do.

To save my parents the loss of their only son, please help.

In the more recent versions of Access you can look up "Conditional
Formatting" in Help.
