Alternate Text for http link.

If you designate an image to be an http link, you can enter some text in the
picture properties windows, and this text will pop up when you move your
cursor over the image on the webpage. The default color is yellow. Is there
a way to change the background color for this little balloon?

Also: if you make a text message, will it always show up on every computer,
or is there a system tweak that will disable that message on a particular
machine?

Thanks.

Only IE will show it, other browsers will show it if the image is missing. If using FP2003, you can
insert a title attribute for the image as well as text.
