My advice is never to store anything in "My Documents".
Use a normal directory structure that meets your own requirements. Use
standard characters and underlines (no spaces) when naming directories and
files. That way, when you want / have to change computers and / or operating
systems, you can do so with minimal hassle.
Also, you can easily make multiple backups on external disks.
It's surprisingly difficult to get M$ (and computer geeks in general) to
understand that stuff like family photos should to be available to your
grandchildren and beyond.

Is it possible to 'move' the whole structure?
