Alt tag

Since i reinstalled XP PRo - MSIE 6 no ALT or Title textes shows up when
moving over with the mouse over images. Any idea how to set this option on ?

IE> Tools> Internet Options> Advanced> Accessibility> Always expand ALT
text.
