Alt-Tab power Toy for Xp - Blurry text help

Well.. I made a mistake and decided to install the new power toy that enhances
the alt-tab feature. It allows you to see a little picture of each program and
although that worked fine.. the text above was unreadable due to it being
extremely blurry. I tried fine tuning my "clear type" and tuned it on MS's site
with the online tweaker.. no help. I went to ad-remove and found a 'repair'
button. After repairing it and rebooting it still was blurry and I gave up.
Uninstalled the power toy altogether and rebooted.

Guess what?.. it's still there! Now I don't have an option to uninstall it
again! How do I restore the original alt-tab feature in XP home?

The program is called taskswitch.exe. Rename it, reboot and delete.

Hmmm.. after using Add-Remove there is no taskswitch.exe file anymore. I did
however, find a TASKSWITCH.EXE-11390459.pf file that is 9 kb and in my
c/windows/prefetch folder.

What now?

It should be in system32 folder. Search doesn't search there unless you tell it to. Ignore the pf file or delete it. It's part of windows self tuning.

As for the original problem - this is a known problem if you're using the
"Windows XP theme" with the "Silver" color scheme. If you change your color
scheme to the default (Blue), the text should become readable.
