Alt,Ctrl,Deleate

Some times I will have 2 or 3 programs open and when I click on close ore
any other spot on the program nothing happens it like the comp freezes. then
all I have to do is hit ,alt,ctrl,delete and then close the task manager and
then everythink works again?

Your report suggests that Windows works as it should but
that some of your programs have a tendency to seize up.
What are they?
 
there is not any specific programs that freezes.I can be online ore have
open Outlook express ore checking my Gmail acc.
