there was a posting from Boomer on 12 August (Message-ID:

above group and reminding everyone of it's existence.

As I don't have access to that group (and as Boomer didn't respond to my
earlier request to provide more info) can someone please provide a (brief)
description of the scope of that group and how it differs from this one (or
the benefit of those of us who don't currently have access to that group)
