P Peter T. Daniels Jan 1, 2010 #2 If each line is a separate paragraph, select all the items and choose "Sort." In Word2007 it's on the Home tab. Before Word2007 it's under the Table menu (but the paragraphs don't have to be in a table). If you have a table, the select one of the columns and choose Sort, and all the rows are listed in the order of that column.

J JenniferS in MD Jan 2, 2010 #3 First select all Title Names On top row in the Paragraph Group>Click on AZ↓ Icon > Enter> you can click again and it will reverse. Hope this helps.
