Alphabetize Contacts within a category

Outlook 2003, Contacts setup into Categories. Sometimes I
need to alphabetize by last name and sometimes need to
search by address. How do I make that happen? When I
click on the Last Name field at the top, the entire
database gets thrown together...not just alpha in the one
category. Same problem with the alphabetizing. Help.
