You can certainly do so using Microsoft Access (the subject of this
newsgroup), but getting the data moved from Word into Access and back
would take more effort than might be necessary. I would suggest that
you ask this question in one of the Word newsgroups; please scroll
down the list of groups and find an appropriate one for Word.
