Allowing Admin Rights for Individual programs in User environment...?

Hi,

I hav win xp sp3. I want to allow certain programs to run with admin
rights in User enviorment always once I tell them to run with those rights
in that User profile.

How can I do that?

Plz help me in this regrad and thanx 4 ur time n effort in advance.

Right-click the program's shortcut, then select "Run as".
