Allowin full menu of Ribbon and tools

Hi guys i have formatted my database and unchecked the check box of allow
full menu under ribbon and tools set up of access options in current
database, but now i wanted to re-enable it to allow me modify my switchboard
but is been difficult, any help is welcome thanks. i need to re-enable this
to sort my data out guys

Have you tried holding down the Shift key, while the database loads? This
will generally bypass the startup settings.
