Is there a way one can save the "allowed and blocked sites" list from the privacy tab sites list in IE properties?

Those entries are stored in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\P3P\History
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\P3P\History

Export those two keys.
