Allow wildcard email addresses in Outlook Rules

As many people I get junk "security alert" type email pretended to be from
eBay, PayPal, etc. I am a small business owner so such mail reaches my
personal mailbox via such aliases as (e-mail address removed),
(e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed), etc. I would like to be able to
specify rules like :

IF
TO address is one of ([email protected], (e-mail address removed))
AND
FROM address is one of (*@ebay.com, *@paypal.com)
THEN
Permanently delete mail

This is already possible. Just don't use the wildcard symbol. Use the domain
name alone: ebay.com or @ebay.com. I use Ebay and Paypal and have certain
mail supposedly from them, but obviously not from them, sent to the Junk Mail
folder. It's not good to permanently delete in case you need to report these
to (e-mail address removed). These usually have a telltale subject like 'TKO Fraud
Alert' that you can screen out.
