Does hotmail UK offer HTTP (WebDAV), POP3 or both?

Has there been any luck with finding out from microsoft whether or not it
is
possible to add a "hotmail.co.uk" email acocunt to outlook 2003.

http:// or pop3 access. but .....
When a "hotmail.com" address is added is auto file the server URL line in.
but with the "hotmail.co.uk" address it leave this blank.
Could some one please shed some light on this query for those of us out
there that would prefer to use outlook instead of the web based version.
Thanks

What happens when you try? What type of account are you trying to
create
(POP, HTML, IMAP)?
