Allow users to delete file types that are blocked by Outlook - no.

I appreciate the security feature of having certain attachments blocked - NOT
really! But, I understand the thinking behind that. But please allow me to
select which typese or REMOVE certain types from being blocked. We transfer
many files in or company that we do not wish to ZIP to email.
