Allow only delegates to create new appointments

Hi - Does anyone know of a way that I can have only a user's delegates create
calendar entries for the user and not the user himself? I want to prevent
the user from creating his own calendar entries. Any suggestions?

That's not possible. A user always has full access to all the folders in his mailbox.
