allow fields to be used in MS Excel headers and footers

The header and footer functionality should be extended to allow the use of
the properties within the header and footer of worksheets. For example, if
the project name, stored in the title property of the spreadsheet, is to be
printed in the header, it would be useful to allow the filed code [title] to
be used, as in MS Project (where the filed code [project title] is used.
 
Good suggestion, but it's unlikely to get to anyone that can do anything
about it here, since these groups are read and posted to by users such
