All XP updates after SP2?

I am trying to restore a computer for a friend. It just so happens that they
have a rather SLOOOOW and unreliable internet connection. I know MS is
preparing to release XP SP3, but is there any place I can download all the
critical updates AFTER SP2 so that I can burn to a CD and install without the
need to go though windows update? If I have to install one by one that’s
fine. But waiting for hours for something to download from their connection
is just not feasible. Please someone tell me Im not forced to wait for SP3.
