All values automatically change to zero

Hi everyone,

We are having a weird issue this morning with one of computers. An employee
is complaning that whenever she types in a formula, no matter what the value
is, it keeps coming up as a 0 (zero). Even 1 + 1 is coming out as a 0. Is
this a known issue?

Please advise.

this could be a formatting issue Check <format><cells><number> and select
general.
