All User Accounts Disabled

For security reasons i disabled all user accounts for my local machines and joined those machines to a DC. The Domain Controller handles all User Account Information. After Disjoining a client from the domain the computer basically becomes useless. No local user accounts exist and the local administrator account is disabled. MY QUESTION IS how the hell can you enable a user account from a command prompt, or apply a security template using secedit to enable the account. Or just simply editing the registry from a command prompt. I can access the recovery console the user account administrator does not seem to be disabled there. I have tried doing a WIndows XP Repaired installation and joing the domain that way but it always fails do to "Networking Problems" unkown reasons. is There any way to restore the OS without doing a full blown format and reinstall. Possibly just getting the computer to join the domain thru a command prompt
