all text has become bold

I started up my computer today and all the text in the operating systems has
become bold

E.G if I open the start menu its all in bold, the date down bottom right is
bold

It is irritating becuse it is harder to read bold text

Dose anybody know how to chage it back

Any help would be apreciated, Monkey
