ALL startup programs removed! Help!

While deleting a spyware program from my startup list i forgot to re-check
the other startup items, and now when i start the computer and click on any
profile it goes to "loading your personal settings" to "saving your personal
settings" straight away and i am left to choose a profile again. Ive tried
safe mode etc.. with no luck. How can i restore those startup programs if i
cant get into windows? I really dont want to have to reinstall everything...
Help please.

Try this:

Reboot your PC, then keep on tapping F8 to see if you can access a screen
that has 'Last Known Good Configuration' as an option. Try that to see if
you can access Windows. If not, try to access the same screen again this
time trying a System Restore via Safe Mode.
