All reminders show when outlook opened

Has anyone previously seen a problem that when outlook
2000 is opened all reminders pop up on the screen, past
and future reminders for the whole calendar.

Exchange mailbox account on a roaming winxp profile.
 
Try starting Outlook once with the /CleanReminders switch. If you need
help using Outlook command line switches, look here:
