All Programs - Putting Program Back In

I dragged a program from the Start/All Programs area onto the desktop whenI
meant to create a shortcut. How do I put the program back on All Programs?

Right click on the shortcut that you moved to the Desktop and
select Copy.
Right click on your Start button and select "Explore All Users".
Navigate to the location you dragged the shortcut from.
Right click an open area in the right hand pane and select Paste.
Click on the Start button and see if the shortcut is back where
you want it to be.
If so, close Windows Explorer.
