I may have a virus or corrupted a file during shutdown. My menus and
toolbars have all disappeared in Word i office 2k. I can logon using other
users and the menus are fine, but I cannot get my menus back as there is no
menu to right click on. I have tried copying the normal.dot file and this
does not work. Reisntalling and uninstalling word did not help. Your ideas
are appreciated.
